1. Scheduling the appointment

2. Preparation for the consultation
We will make contact with you within 24 hours with a definitive confirmation of your appointment. We’ll also share a questionaire with you with a number of questions relating to your medical situation. This will help you in preparing for the consultation and help make clear to you exactly what you would like to know. You’ll also be requested to provide background information, so that you can get the most out of the consultation.
3. Video calling or telephone consult
You will be invited to participate in a video call. If you would rather have a telephone appointment, please let us know. The medical specialist will call you from a private (anonymous) number. Ensure that you are in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Keep pen and paper at hand, so that you can take notes. The call will last at most 20 minutes.
